Calypso Bay’s Residential Guidelines are designed to ensure a high standard of building and landscaping on the Estate.
Calypso Bay is committed to maintaining and enhancing the quality and value of its community experience.

The Design Assessment Panel (DAP) is the body established for the purpose of examining and deciding upon the compliance of Proposals with these Residential Guidelines. The aim of the DAP is to ensure that a harmonious environment for all residents is achieved through an interactive processing of Proposals.

The Design Assessment Panel is an in-house committee consisting of three members, one of which is a Building Design Consultant.
